Cypress Semiconductor Corp. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend By 22% to $0.11 Per Common Share

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share payable to holders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on March 29, 2012. This dividend will be paid on April 19, 2012. The new dividend rate of $0.11 per quarter represents a 22% increase over the prior rate of $0.09 and yields approximately 2.5% at the current stock price.
