Deutsche Boerse AG Announces that Alpha Beta Netherlands Holding NV Will Not Pursue Takeover Law Squeeze-Out
Deutsche Boerse AG announced that Alpha Beta Netherlands Holding N.V. has resolved not to pursue a takeover law squeeze-out, in accordance with Section 39a and b of the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act of the remaining Deutsche Boerse shares that were not tendered in the exchange offer made by Alpha Beta Netherlands Holding N.V. In addition, Alpha Beta Netherlands Holding N.V. has also resolved currently not to contemplate the implementation of a corporate squeeze-out in accordance with Section 327a et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act.
