Directcash Payments Inc Announces Completion Of Bought Deal Equity Financing
Directcash Payments Inc announced that it has closed its previously announced public offering of 2,800,000 common shares (Common Shares) at a price of $23.35 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $65,380,000 (the Offering). The Offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets and including Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited and Scotia Capital Inc. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to repay the Corporation's equity bridge credit facility and a portion of the Corporation's outstanding revolving credit facility.
