DKLS Industries Berhad (DKLS) announced that the Company has on March 7, 2013 disposed of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of DKLS Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd (DKLSOG), comprised 1,000,000 ordinary shares of MYR1.00 each and 7,500,000 Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of MYR1.00 each, for a total cash consideration of MYR489,000 (Disposal).
