SKRIN Newswire reported that Severstal' OAO (Severstal) has received the permission from Russian antitrust watchdog to acquire 34.52% of Domnaremont OAO's voting stocks. Following the transaction, Severstal would increase its share of Domnaremont OAO's voting stocks up to 100%, the FAS of Russia reported.
