Drillisch AG, Deutsche Telekom AG and Telekom Deutschland GmbH Enter into Agreement on Termination of Contracts and Legal Disputes

Drillisch AG announced that several companies of Drillisch Group ('Drillisch') and Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiary Telekom Deutschland GmbH (together 'Telekom') signed a settlement agreement. The agreement settles a dispute that had led to the termination of contracts between Telekom Deutschland GmbH and Drillisch as well as to legal proceedings. The agreement aims at ending all civil proceedings still pending between Drillisch and Telekom. It further ensures a smooth takeover of customers still using Telekom's mobile network and allows the remaining customers to continue to use Telekom's network. The agreement is still subject to several conditions, in particular the clearance by the Bundeskartellamt (Federal Cartel Office).
