DTS Inc Reaffirms FY 2013 Guidance
DTS Inc announced that for fiscal 2013, it expects revenue in the range of $140 to $146 million, including a normal level of royalty recoveries, non-GAAP operating margin in the low- to mid-20s and non-GAAP EPS in the range of $1.05 to $1.20 per diluted share based on a normalized 40% effective tax rate. DTS Inc Lowers FY 2012 Guidance; Issues FY 2013 Revenue Guidance Below Analysts' Estimates
DTS Inc announced that it expects continued long-term growth in the network-connected space, but in light of a softening near-term business environment, the Company has reduced fiscal 2012 revenue expectations to a range of $100 to $105 million. Additionally, the accounting treatment and the related tax impact of the SRS acquisition are expected to cause fiscal 2012 non-GAAP operating margin to be approximately 20% and non-GAAP EPS to be in the range of $0.05 to $0.20 per diluted share net of tax, excluding the charges and the related income tax effect for stock-based compensation, the amortization of intangible assets, and certain acquisition-related charges. On a GAAP basis, it expects an operating loss of approximately 10% and a per-share loss in the range of $0.90 to $1.00. For fiscal 2013, it now expects revenue of $140 to $150 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $110 million for fiscal 2012; revenue of $160 million for fiscal 2013. Full Article

DTS Inc announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of SRS Labs, Inc.
