DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc:Announced the upsizing and pricing of its previously announced offering of senior notes due 2025.Says principal amount of the Senior Notes was increased from $1.25 billion to $1.5 billion, and the Senior Notes were priced at 100.00pct of their face amount to yield a 5.00pct coupon.Says offering is expected to close on April 17.Intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repurchase or redeem its outstanding 6 5/8pct Senior Notes due 2020, to pay related transaction fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes, which may include future acquisitions and share repurchases.BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc:Intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $1.25 bln principal amount of senior notes due 2025.Intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repurchase or redeem its outstanding 6 5/8 pct Senior Notes due 2020, to pay related transaction fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes, which may include future acquisitions and share repurchases.Concurrently with this offering, the Company has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase the Outstanding Notes.Offering is not conditioned upon the consummation of the tender offer for the Outstanding Notes. The Senior Notes will be guaranteed by certain of the Company's domestic subsidiaries.Senior Notes are being offered pursuant to an effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P.
