Dynamic Colours Ltd Announces Joint Venture Agreement

Dynamic Colours Ltd announced that on November 8 , 2012 entered into a joint venture agreement (the JV Agreement) with Mr Qian Jian Quan, currently the shareholder and managing director of Toàn Thai Hung Trading Production Company Limited, a company registered in Vietnam, for the purpose of expansion into injection moulding business in Vietnam. Under the JV Agreement, both Mr Qian and the Company have agreed to set up a joint venture company to be known as DCQ Plastic Industry Company Limited in Vietnam (JVC) . The ratio of holding will be Dynamic Colours Limited 80% and Mr Qian Jian Quan 20% . Consequent to the above capital contribution, JVC will be a subsidiary of the Company.
