Ecowise Holdings Ltd Announces Changes In Interest In Subsidiary

Ecowise Holdings Ltd announced that share capital of Sunrich Corporation Pte. Ltd. (SRC) held through a wholly-owned subsidiary ecoWise International Pte. Ltd.(eWi) has been transferred to the Company. The Company has acquired the entire issued and paid up share capital of SRC of 100 shares from eWi for an aggregate cash consideration of SGD100 . SRC remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. Subsequent to the acquisition by the Company, SRC has increased its issued and paid-up share capital from SGD100 to SGD1,000,000 with an additional share allotment of 999,900 ordinary shares to the Company at SGD1 each for cash consideration.
