Estonian Competition Authority Authorizes Concentration of Ekspress Grupp AS and Eesti Paevalehe AS
Ekspress Grupp AS announced that, pursuant to the precept 5.1-5/11-010 by the Estonian Competition Authority, on May 16, 2011, Ekspress Grupp AS submitted a concentration notification regarding the acquisition of dominant influence on Eesti Paevalehe AS on July 1, 2011. Guided by the paragraph 27 of the Competition Law, on September 2, 2011, the Estonian Competition Authority has authorized the concentration of Ekspress Grupp AS and Eesti Paevalehe AS.
