Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd's Enviro-Power Pte. Ltd Announces Incorporation Of New Subsidiary

Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd announced that the Group has incorporated a new subsidiary in Italy, known as Enviro Restorer Como Srl (Enviro Restorer Como). Enviro Restorer Como is wholly-owned by Enviro-Power Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company in which the Company owns a 39% shareholding interest as at the date of this announcement, and has an initial issued and paid-up share capital of Euro 10,000 comprising 10,000 ordinary shares. Enviro Restorer Como is principally engaged in the Group’s plastic to fuel refinery operations.
