Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd Announces Termination Of Proposed Acquisition Of Property

Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd announced that with reference to its announcement dated February 5, 2013 in relation to the proposed acquisition by Enviro Investments Pte. Ltd. (EI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company as at the date hereof, of the property located at 10 Tuas Avenue 5, Singapore 639336, the Proposed Acquisition was conditional upon the approval of JTC and as the approval was not forthcoming, the parties will not be proceeding with the Proposed Acquisition and the Option has been terminated.
