Elektron Technology PLC Announces Possible Sale Of Total Carbide Limited
Elektron Technology PLC announced that it notes the press release issued by Versarien plc on March 04, 2013 stating its intention to float on AIM and proposed acquisition of Total Carbide Limited, a subsidiary of the Group which manufactures sintered tungsten carbide wear parts. The board of Elektron confirms it is in discussions with regard to the sale of this subsidiary but at this stage, this remains subject to contract. Total Carbide currently forms part of the Group's Materials business.
