EMCOR Group Inc announced that its subsidiary Shambaugh & Son has been awarded a contract by Cayuga Milk Ingredients to act as the design/build contractor for its new manufacturing facility in Auburn, New York. Shambaugh & Son will be responsible for the design and construction of this 110,000 square foot evaporator and dryer, vertically integrated manufacturing facility for Cayuga Milk Ingredients as well as for installation of its process equipment and utilities. Shambaugh`s scope of work includes all construction management, as well as management and performance of all architectural, civil, structural, process, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. EMCOR Group Inc's Subsidiary Secures Contract
EMCOR Group Inc announced that subsidiary Dynalectric Company has been awarded two contracts for the installation of electrical systems at the new Resiliency Campus at Fort Benning, Georgia. Dynalectric will be responsible for installing a number of different electrical systems in two buildings at Fort Benning's new Resiliency Campus. Dynalectric is required to preserve and restore the building's historical and prominent architectural features. For one building, a 103,000 square foot, three-story building constructed in 1934, and which will become the keystone of the new Resiliency Campus, Dynalectric will be responsible for a complete electrical and telecommunications reinstallation, as well as installation of LED lighting and a digital lighting control system, new fire alarm system, lightning protection system, new telecommunications riser, and upgraded electrical distribution. For the second building, a two-story structure, Dynalectric will be responsible for replacement of existing lighting with digital controlled LED fixtures, replacement of the existing fire alarm system, and upgrading the existing electrical systems. EMCOR Group Inc Increases By 20% Quarterly Dividend, Announces Special Cash Dividend
EMCOR Group Inc announced that Board of Directors has approved a 20% increase in the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.06 per common share, up from $0.05 per common share. The new indicated annual dividend is $0.24 per common share, up from $0.20 per common share. The Board of Directors has also declared a special cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. EMCOR Group Inc's Subsidiary Secures Contract
EMCOR Group Inc announced that its subsidiary Harry Pepper & Associates has been awarded by NASA a Task Order under a previously awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Task Order is for restoration of the B2 Rocket Test Stand at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi. Harry Pepper & Associates (HPA) will be responsible for all repairs and alterations necessary to restore the original functionality of the B-2 Rocket Engine Test Stand. Scope of work includes demolishing one of the major levels/decks of the Test Stand, reconstructing it with stainless steel structural framing and deck plate, and restoring its various areas of fixed deck by replacing the carbon steel, galvanized grating, and structural steel. Additionally, scope of work includes demolishing and replacing structural steel of, and performing minor concrete repairs to the Test Stand, as well as refurbishing its Derrick Crane by lengthening the boom and replacing motors, cab controls, load monitoring system, and boom and ancillary equipment. EMCOR Group Inc announced that based on the current size and mix of its backlog and assuming the continuation of current market conditions, it now expects to generate revenues in fiscal 2012 of approximately $6.4 billion, up from earlier expectation of approximately $6.3 billion, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $2.00 to $2.10, up from its earlier expectation of $1.80 to $2.00. EMCOR Group Inc announced that its Harry Pepper & Associates subsidiary has been awarded a contract by the Florida Inland Navigation District for construction of an area where dredged material can be placed and managed in Nassau County, Florida. Harry Pepper & Associates (HPA) will be responsible for construction of a dredged material management area with permanent access, perimeter roads, and site clearing. Scope of work also includes fabrication of steel box structures that control the flow and direction of water, and an accompanying timber walkway structure on top of the dredged material management area, as well as installation of various piping, culverts and site landscaping.
