EMS Seven Seas ASA Secures USD 27 Million Military Contract
EMS Seven Seas ASA announced that the Company has been awarded a USD 27 million (EUR 20,5 million) order from the navy of an undisclosed European NATO country. The order is for general supplies to the Country's naval fleet operating mainly in Mediterranean and Atlantic waters over the next 3 years. The new contract replaces the contract which the Company announced on 22 March 2012. The deliveries will be handled by EMS' Spanish subsidiary. Full Article
EMS Seven Seas ASA Receives Bridge Contract
EMS Seven Seas ASA announced that it has been awarded a one year bridge contract from January 1, 2013 to provide supplies and services from a NATO country. The customer has been a business partner to EMS Group since 1988. The contract is for supplies of maintenance and repairs as well as construction materiel to the country's military in the Central Asian States, Southern Caucasus, Middle East and Africa regions for 2013. The new contract replaces one of the two bridge contracts which the Company announced on June 18, 2012; the other bridge contract was replaced with a new five-year contract commencing January 13, 2013 as announced September 19, 2012. The deliveries will be handled by EMS' UAE subsidiary, Seven Seas Shipchandlers LLC. Delivery under the new contract will start up in the first quarter of 2013. EMS Seven Seas ASA Updates on Rights Offering and New Share Capital
EMS Seven Seas ASA (EMS) announced that with reference to the Rights Offering in EMS with subscription period from November 5, 2012 to November 19, 2012, the share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will immediately be listed on Oslo Bors upon registration of the new share capital in the VPS. EMS Seven Seas ASA Announces Results of Rights Offering
EMS Seven Seas ASA announced that the subscription period in the rights offering in the Company expired at 16:30 CET on November 19, 2012. In the rights offering, up to 21,750,000 new shares were offered at a subscription price of NOK 4 per new share. At the end of the subscription period, the Company had received valid subscriptions of a total allocation of 16,102,082 new shares, representing approximately 74% of the new shares offered. The payment date for the allocated shares is November 23, 2012. The new shares may not be transferred or traded before they are fully paid and the share capital increase pertaining to the offering has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the VPS, which is expected on or about November 27, 2012 subject to timely payment. The new shares are expected to be transferred to the VPS accounts of the subscribers and admitted to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange on the same day. As of the date hereof and prior to the completion of the offering, the Company's issued share capital is NOK 11,189,640 comprising of 11,189,640 shares each with a par value of NOK 1. Following completion of the offering, the Company is expected to have an issued share capital of NOK 27,291,722 comprising of 27,291,722 shares each with a par value of NOK 1. EMS Seven Seas ASA announced that with reference to the Rights Offering in the Company with subscription period from November 5, 2012 until November 19, 2012 16:30 Central European Time (CET), the subscription rights are tradable on Oslo Bors (symbol "EMS T"). The period for trading in subscription rights in the Rights Offering in the Company on Oslo Bors expires at 16:30 hours (CET) on November 14, 2012. Eitzen Maritime Services ASA Announces Rights Offering
Eitzen Maritime Services ASA announced that the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on November 4, 2012 approved the prospectus in the rights offering of minimum 15,532,750 and maximum 21,750,000 new shares at an offer price of NOK 4 per new share as approved in the extraordinary general meeting in the Company held on October 29, 2012. Each shareholder as evidenced in the Company's shareholder register in VPS as at the end of November 1, 2012 (Existing Shareholder) who may lawfully participate in the rights offering, is granted approximately 1.9438 subscription rights for every one share held. The number of subscription rights allotted to each Existing Shareholder is rounded down to the nearest whole subscription right. Each subscription right will give the right to subscribe for one new share in the Rights Offering, provided that the holder is eligible to subscribe for new shares. The subscription rights shall be freely transferable and be listed on Oslo Bors in the period from and including November 5, 2012 to November 14, 2012 at 16:30 hours (CET).
