Hewlett-Packard Co Announces Extension Of Services Agreement With Ericsson
Hewlett-Packard Co announced the extension of services agreement with Ericsson, for an additional three years, during which the companies will focus on transforming Ericsson's IT environment to adapt to future business needs. HP also will provide HP Service Desk Services, creating a standardized, streamlined service model that provides employees a single point of contact to resolve IT-related incidents and requests. Employees will have multiple contact choices for these services including phone, email, chat and web-based self help, moving toward more self-help based solutions.
