Societatea de Investitii Financiare Muntenia SA announced, according to the contract concluded with Erste Group Bank AG in 2011, that on April 10, 2012, Societatea de Investitii Financiare Muntenia SA has exercised the selling right over the Banca Comerciala Romana shares. Following to this transaction, Societatea de Investitii Financiare Muntenia SA has closed the agreements with Erste Group Bank AG for selling/exchanging 51,510,937 Banca Comerciala Romana shares for a total price of RON 53,494,108.07.
