Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc Awards License to Falanx Protection Limited
Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc announced that it has granted a license to Falanx Protection Limited ("Falanx"). The license allows for the manufacture and sale of products made using the PIM process for anti-ballistic and anti-blast uses within the Middle East and North Africa ("MENA"). Under the terms of the agreement, Falanx will pay ERT a license fee of USD 100,000 in addition to annual royalties based on sales of products made using the PIM process. Full Article
Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc Receives Grant of Additional Territorial Patents
Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc (ERT) announced that the Company has received confirmation of the grant of additional territorial patents in Japan, Mexico and Hong Kong. This patent is ERT's core patent for the Powder Impression Moulding (PIM) process which is a process capable of converting mixed waste plastics into a wide range of commercially viable products. ERT has core PIM patents already granted in the United States, Europe, Australia, China, New Zealand, Canada, and Singapore. Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc Announces Exercise Of Option In Delta Waste Management Limited
Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc announced that it has exercised an option to acquire a further 20% of the enlarged share capital of Delta Waste Management Limited. Delta, in which ERT already owns 20% of the existing issued share capital, provides consultancy, project management and machinery procurement services to ERT. Exercise of the option will result in ERT owning 40% of Delta's enlarged issued share capital. The exercise price for the subscription of the new shares under the option is GBP20,000, which is the same price paid by ERT in November 2011 for its original 20% interest in Delta. Full Article

Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc announced that it has granted a non-exclusive license to NBF Plastics LLC (NBF Plastics). The License allows for the manufacture and sale of flat sheet within the United States of America, Canada and Mexico Under the terms of the license NBF Plastics will pay ERT a licence fee of $100,000 in addition to annual royalties based on sales of products made using the PIM process.
