Esso SA Francaise Signs Draft Agreement with Delek France
Esso SA Francaise announced a draft agreement with Delek France concerning the sale of its service stations in the western Atlantic area in France. The Company announced a draft agreement with Delek France for the sale of its 46 service stations Esso Express, based in West Atlantic of France. The Company also plans to facilitate the continued operation under the Esso brand of 22 stations owned by others in the area. This project involves the conclusion of a long-term supply agreement with Delek. Through this agreement, Delek will become reseler of the brand and will continue to supply service stations of Esso in the West Atlantic zone in Esso fuel.
