Ltd; Place of incorporation : Singapore; Issued and paid-up share capital : 1 ordinary share at SGD1.00; Principal activities : Offshore support services and investment holding. The investment of SGD1.00 for the incorporation of the New Subsidiary was funded by the Company’s internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the Company’s net tangible assets per share and earnings per share for the current financial year ending December 31, 2013.
