Ensor Holdings PLC Proposes Final Dividend

Ensor Holdings PLC announced that the Directors propose to pay a final dividend of GBP0.00525 per share in respect of the financial year ended March 31, 2012 (2011:GBP0.0035), this is a 50% increase against last year. Dividends of GBP187,000 were paid on ordinary shares during the year ended March 31, 2012 (2011: GBP83,000). The final dividend will be payable on August 10, 2012, to shareholders registered on June 29, 2012.
