Essel Propack Limited Recommends Dividend

Essel Propack Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2011, inter alia, has recommended Equity Dividend of 30% (INR0.60 per share of face value of INR2 each) on the Company's equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company's ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Date of payment of dividend shall be on September 13, 2011.
