Everlon Synthetics Ltd announced that M/s. Vakharia Power Infrastructure Limited has ceased to be an Subsidiary of the Company with effect from November 23, 2012 due to allotment of 30,273,600 Equity shares of INR1 each by M/s. Vakharia Power Infrastructure Limited to the members of Everlon Synthetics Ltd. in terms of Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of investment Business of the Company as approved by Honorable Bombay High Court vide its order dated September 14, 2012.
