The capital increase took place by means of a private placement in France and outside France, with the exclusion of Canada, Australia and Japan, at a price of EUR 0.75 per share. Exonhit SA announced a capital increase by private placement in France and outside France worth approximately EUR 6 million. Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking is acting as bookrunner for the share issue. The price and number of the shares to be issued will be announced when the process of completing the order book has been completed. Exonhit SA Announces Upcoming Acquisition of InGen BioSciences

Exonhit SA announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of InGen BioSciences SA from its founders and financial shareholders, IPSA (ex Innoven Partenaires) and funds managed by Amundi Private Equity Funds. Subject to customary precedent conditions, as well as a financing through a private placement, this acquisition is expected to close in December 2012 following approval from Exonhit`s shareholders. The total purchase price of EUR 18 million will be paid in cash for EUR 8 million and the balance in Exonhit stock, to be issued to InGen BioSciences` shareholders. Exonhit SA announced that it is the beneficiary of a EUR 418,000 grant from the European Union through its participation in the RESPONSIFY consortium. RESPONSIFY is a European consortium of 12 partners focusing on personalized medicine in oncology. Its objective is to identify predictive biomarkers of response to two common chemotherapeutic treatments of breast cancer, anti-HER2 (Herceptin) and anti-angiogenic (Avastin) therapies. The goal is to develop CE marked IVD tests that will be approved for current clinical practice. Exonhit brings to the project its proprietary Genome Wide SpliceArray (GWSA) platform, which will be used to analyze patient transcriptomic profiles.
