Ezion Holdings Ltd Announces Placement Of 110,000,000 Ordinary Shares ; Issue And Listing Of Subscription Shares

Ezion Holdings Ltd announced that with reference to the announcements dated February 23, 2012 and March 6, 2012, that 110,000,000 Subscription Shares were allotted and issued and the shares borrowed for the Placement have been returned to the Lender in accordance with the terms of the Placement Agreement. All 110,000,000 Subscription Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of SGX-ST on March 8, 2012. Trading of the Subscription Shares will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on the same date.
