First Community Corp Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

First Community Corp announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,630,435 shares of its common stock at a price of $8.00 per share. The Company expects to receive net proceeds from this offering of approximately $12.0 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated expenses (or approximately $13.8 million if the underwriter exercises its over-allotment option in full). Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 244,565 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. The Company expects to close the transaction on or about July 27, 2012.
