FactSet Research Systems Inc Issues Q4 2012 Mixed Guidance

FactSet Research Systems Inc announced that for the fourth quarter of 2012, it expects revenue to be in the range of $204 million and $208 million and GAAP diluted EPS to range between $1.06 and $1.08 and non-GAAP diluted EPS should range between $1.15 and $1.17. Both GAAP diluted EPS and non-GAAP diluted EPS include a $0.02 reduction to reflect the expiration of the U.S. Federal R&D tax credit on December 31, 2011. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $210 million and EPS of $ 1.08 for the fourth quarter of 2012.
