Fiskars Oyj Abp:Decreases its holding in Wartsila, focuses on executing branded consumer goods strategy.Says the company's, Investor and their joint venture Avlis AB have signed an agreement according to which Investor acquires 15.8 million shares, or 8 pct of capital and votes in Wartsila from Avlis.Says Investor acquires 15.8 million shares, or 8 pct of the capital and votes in Wartsila from Avlis for about 639 million euros, or 40.55 euros per share.Says following the deal, the joint venture structure will be dissolved and Fiskars retains stake of 5 percent in Wartsila.Says the non-recurring gain from the sale of Wartsila shares to Investor amounts to about 450 million euros.Says it is likely that Board will propose that part of proceeds from sale of Wartsila shares be returned to Fiskars shareholders as extra dividend.  Full Article
