Flinders Mines Ltd:Rejected the proposal by New Zealand's todd corporation for todd to acquire flinders' pilbara iron ore project (piop) in Western Australia.Flinders Mines confirms that its existing alliance agreement with todd corporation remains in effect until 31 December 2015.Says intends to have further dialogue with todd corporation regarding the alliance agreement.Will consider what further work will be required at piop to continue to maintain the tenements in good standing.Flinders Mines will also pursue with other parties, opportunities to develop the piop.  Full Article

Flinders Mines Ltd:Says Flinders has entered into option agreement with subsidiary of TIO (NZ) Ltd, existing substantial shareholder and subsidiary of New Zealand based The Todd Corporation Ltd.Under terms of agreement, Todd will pay Flinders A$10 million up-front cash consideration.Says that if Todd exercises this option to purchase the company's Pilbara Iron Ore Project (PIOP), it will be required to pay Flinders a further A$55 million and enter into royalty agreement.  Full Article
