Fletcher Building Ltd : Says New Zealand residential construction activity is expected in terms of divisional outlook . 2017 capital expenditure is expected to be in the range of $275 million to $325 million . Says the New Zealand dollar is expected to gradually weaken fully loading our new laminate plant in China . For FY 2016, operating earnings expected to be in the range of $720 million to $760 million .
