First Property Group Plc:Have resolved to recommend increasing final dividend to 1 penny per share, an increase of 27 pct, which together with interim dividend of 0.35 pence per share equates to a dividend for year of 1.35 pence per share.Substantial increase in the final dividend results from material increase in Group's underlying recurring earnings and Directors' confidence in sustainability of these.Proposed final dividend will be paid on Sept. 30 to shareholders on register at Aug. 21 , and is subject to shareholder approval at forth coming AGM.  Full Article
