TGK-7 to Purchase RUB 133.8 Billion in Gas from Subsidiaries of Gazprom OAO's LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz in 2013-2017-Interfax
Interfax reported that Generating company TGK-7 which is controlled by IES-Holding, has signed deals with LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Samara and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Saratov, subsidiaries of Gazprom OAO's wholly owned subsidiary LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, for gas supply in 2013-2017. TGK-7 signed two deals with LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Saratov worth RUB 13.954 billion and RUB 26.68 billion, respectively. The value of the deal with LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Samara came to RUB 91.204 billion. Therefore, the total value of the three contracts comes to over RUB 133.8 billion. All three contracts were signed for between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2017.
