Signed binding agreement to sell its 50% interest in Smartscaff Pty Ltd to remaining shareholders in Smartscaff for $10.5m in cash . Global Construction Services Limited:Announces that it has been awarded a contract variation to Dec. 31, 2017 on the principal scaffolding contract with Woodside as Operator of the North West Shelf Project’s onshore and offshore locations.Says the scope of the contract variation is for the ongoing supply, maintenance, storage, transport and handling of all scaffolding equipment to Dec. 31, 2017 with two further 12 month extension options.Says GCS also supplies specialist management and labour resources for Woodside as required.Says the contract will be under taken by GCS Group subsidiary, GCS Integrated Services Pty Ltd.  Full Article
