Genting Singapore PLC Announces Striking Off Jointly Controlled Entity
Genting Singapore PLC announced that Mark Burnett Productions Asia Pte. Ltd. (MBPA), its 50% owned jointly controlled entity which had ceased operations in 2010, has applied to be struck off from the Register of Companies under Section 344 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50 (Transaction), and the process is expected to be completed by April 13, 2012. Accordingly, MBPA will cease to be a 50% owned jointly controlled entity of the Company after that date.
