GKE Corporation Ltd's GKE Private Limited Announces Acquisition Of Property

GKE Corporation Ltd's GKE Private Limited announced that it has on May 17, 2013 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity acting as trustee of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (Vendor) for the purchase of the property (Property) located at 6 Pioneer Walk, Singapore 627751 (Proposed Acquisition). The purchase consideration for the Proposed Acquisition is SGD32,000,000 (Purchase Consideration). The Purchase Consideration will be funded through internal resources of the Group and/or bank borrowings.
