GNC Holdings Inc Raises FY 2012 Guidance

GNC Holdings Inc raised fiscal 2012 guidance and expects consolidated revenue of approximately $2.37 billion, a 14.5% increase over fiscal 2011 consolidated revenue of $2.07 billion. The Company expects consolidated adjusted earnings per diluted share (EPS) of approximately $2.05 for fiscal 2012, a 35% increase over fiscal 2011 adjusted EPS of $1.52. This compares to previous outlook of $1.82. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of $2.31 billion and EPS of $1.93 for fiscal 2012.
