Green Invest Ltd Announces Funding Proposal

Green Invest Ltd announced that it has signed documentation in relation to a $1 million unsecured debt facility for a period of 12 months, with an interest rate of 9% per annum, payable quarterly in arrears. GNV will seek shareholder approval to permit the conversion of the majority of the debt facility into a shareholding of up to 19.9% in GNV. Further to GNV’s announcement on December 28, 2012, GNV announced that it has now received formal approval for its $5.8 million funding proposal, subject to final documentation, from an overseas lender introduced to GNV by its advisor Domain Capital. Final documentation is expected to be completed shortly. As outlined in the 28 December 2012 announcement, the funding proposal consists of a mixture of debt, equity and a convertible debenture. It is intended that the funds will be utilised for: Acquisition of the Ecofish property and assets (including plant and licenses) situated at Glenview in Queensland; Capital required for the re-commissioning and staged expansion of the property in order to establish 350 tonne fish growing facility; Acquisition of the RAD technology (excluding China); and Working capital.  Full Article

Green Invest Ltd announced that it has signed a non binding term sheet for a AUD 5.8 million funding proposal from a lender introduced to GNV by its advisor, Domain Capital. The funding proposal consists of a mixture of debt, equity and a convertible debenture. The funds will be utilised for the acquisition of the Ecofish property and assets (including plant and licenses) situated at Glenview in Queensland, capital required for the re-commissioning and staged expansion of the property in order to establish 350 tonne fish growing facility, an equity position in an Asian fish farming project which propose utilising the RAD technology. The lender has also allocated an additional amount of AUD 1.2 million for a direct equity investment by them in the project and working capital.  Full Article
