Gladstone Commercial Corp. Announces Common, Senior Common And Preferred Stock Cash Distributions For January, February And March

Gladstone Commercial Corp. announced that the Board of Directors has declared monthly cash distributions of $0.125 per common stock for each of the months of January, February and March of 2012 payable on January 31, February 29 and March 30 of 2012. The Board of Directors also declared monthly cash distributions of $0.0875 per Senior Common Stock for each of the months of January, February and March of 2012 payable on February 07, March 7 and April 9 of 2012. The Board of Directors has declared monthly cash distributions of $0.1614583 per Series A Preferred Stock for each of the months of January, February and March of 2012 payable on January 31, February 29 and March 30 of 2012. The Board of Directors also declared monthly cash distributions of $0.15625 per common stock for each of the months of January, February and March of 2012 payable on January 31, February 29 and March 30 of 2012.
