Grace & Co.-Conn., priced an offering of $700 mln aggregate principal amount of 5.125 pct senior notes due 2021 at an issue price of 100 pct and $300 mln aggregate principal amount of 5.625 pct senior notes due 2024 at an issue price of 100 pct.Expects to use proceeds from offering to terminate its obligations under deferred payment agreement with the WRG Asbestos PI Trust for approximately $632 million.Use proceeds to partially fund the settlement of the warrant issued to the PI Trust.Uses proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.Use proceeds to pay certain fees and expenses incurred in connection with the offering of the New Notes.Also use proceeds for other general corporate purposes.  Full Article
