Gensource Capital Corp Announces Private Placement

Gensource Capital Corp announced that it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement of units at a price of $0.08 per Unit and flow-through units at a price of $0.10 per FT Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000 (the Offering). Each Unit will consist of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant (Warrant). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.12 for a period of eighteen (18) months. Each FT Unit will consist of one common share to be issued on a flow-through basis and one half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant (FT Warrant). Each whole FT Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.14 for a period of 18 months. The proceeds from the sale of FT Units will be used for exploration purposes. The net proceeds from the sale of Units will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes. Completion of the Offering is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
