Global Metals Exploration NL Announces New Financing Arrangement Signed With RM Corporate Finance

Global Metals Exploration NL announced a new capital raising and corporate advisory mandate (New Mandate) signed with RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd (RMCF), replacing the previous mandate with RMCF. The terms of the New Mandate are as follows: RMCF has agreed to act as Lead Manager for placement of a Convertible Note for up to $2.5 million in the capital of Global Metals pursuant to s708 of the Corporations Act 2011 (Cth), unsecured and with an interest rate of 4% for funds advanced remaining unconverted; A first tranche of $50,000 followed by a minimum of $50,000 per month (with the balance of any further outstanding funds under the Convertible Note able to be contributed in any one month) to be advanced, subject to certain subscription hurdles, by 5pm on the first business day of each month; Funds may be converted at any time; The Noteholder is not obliged to provide the Subscription Sum (and the Company is not obliged to issue the Convertible Notes) in respect of a Tranche if less than 10 million shares have been traded in the prior calendar month at a Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) of 0.1 cents or greater per Global Metals share; The Convertible Note will convert into Shares at the lower of 0.5 cents or 80% five day VWAP together with one for two free attaching options exercisable at 0.3 cent each on or before December 31, 2016; The New Mandate will last from the date of execution of the New Mandate and last until the drawdown of 50 tranches of $50,000.  Full Article

Global Metals Exploration NL To Commence Drilling At Jutson Rocks Project

Global Metals Exploration NL announced the commencement in mid March 2013 of an initial phase of a 3,000 meter Air Core (AC) drilling program on tenements E38/1540 and 1541, at the Jutson Rocks Project (Project) located approximately 125 kilometer (km) north-east of the gold mining town of Laverton, within the north-eastern region of the Yilgarn, in Western Australia. The Project also falls east of the Cosmo Newbery Mission along the Great Central Highway. The AC drilling program is designed to test the underlying regolith and weathered bedrock zones for secondary and primary gold anomalism respectively, at the Central, Gravel Pit and Tankard prospects in areas of surface soil gold anomalism at Central and Tankard prospects, and over an untested bulk leach extractable gold (BLEG) soil anomaly at the Gravel Pit prospect together with two separate electromagnetic anomalies in the bedrock.  Full Article
