Hamon & Cie (International) SA:Says to proceed with a capital increase for an amount of 20 million euros without preference rights.Sopal SA and Sogepa will subscribe to capital increase for an amount of 10 million euros each.Says subscription price has been set by the board at 11 euros per share.Stakes held by Sopal SA and Sogepa in the capital of Hamon & Cie will change from 63.94 pct and 1.39 pct respectively, to 61.13 pct and 11.20 pct.  Full Article

Hamon & Cie (International) SA:Says it has completed the offering of EUR 55 million senior bonds due in 2020 guaranteed by some of its subsidiaries.Says the offering was oversubscribed.Says the Bonds will be issued at 100 percent of the par on Jan. 30 and will be redeemed at par on Jan. 30, 2020.Says they will bear interest at an annual rate of 5.5 percent.Says the bonds will be listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels.Says the transaction was conducted by BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV and KBC Bank NV, acting as Joint Lead Managers for the offering.  Full Article

Hamon & Cie (International) SA's Hamon Research-Cottrell US Wins Contract for Engineering, Procurement and Installation of Regenerative Activated Coke Technology System for U.S. Coal-fired Power Plant

Hamon & Cie (International) SA announced that its U.S. subsidiary Hamon Research-Cottrell US was awarded its first project based on ReACT TM technology for a U.S. power plant. It has received full notice to proceed with the engineering, procurement and installation of a Regenerative Activated Coke Technology (ReACT) system for a U.S. coal-fired power plant. Engineering and procurement activities have already begun and the project is expected to be completed and in-service by December 31, 2016. Financial terms were not disclosed.  Full Article
