Hamon & Cie (International) SA:Said on Monday, Board of Directors has decided today to proceed with a capital increase of the Company of 5 million euros without preference right.Sopal International SA will subscribe to it exclusively.The subscription price has been set by the Board at 9 euros per share, based on the recommendation of the Committee of independent directors of Hamon & Cie.This price is 19.5 pct higher than the average Hamon share closing price of the last 30 calendar days preceding the decision by the Board to increase the capital, i.e. from 5 September till 4 October 2015 included (7.53 euros).Taking into account the capital increase, the stake held by Sopal in Hamon & Cie should amount to 66.82 pct.  Full Article
