Hamon & Cie (International) SA Announces Contracts in France and Vietnam
Hamon & Cie (International) SA announced that (Hamon) EDF – the French utility – has awarded a contract to Hamon for the rebuild of ESP’s (electrostatic precipitators). The contract is a part of the global EDF Q600 project to extend the useful life of EDF’s coal fired power plants to 2035. Hamon will rebuild one ESP per year, to be completed in March 2014, 2015 and 2016. The value of a contract is value approximately EUR 44 million. The Company also announced that it will supply a Wet Limestone Flue Gas Desulfurization for the future 300 MW fuel-oil boiler of the O Mon II power plant. This EVN (Vietnam Electricity) power plant is located in the south of Vietnam. The value of this project amounts approximately USD 16 million. Full Article
Hamon & Cie (International) SA Receives Order For Fan Assisted Natural Draft Cooling Tower
Hamon & Cie (International) SA announced that it has been awarded a USD 25 million order for a fan assisted natural draft cooling tower by Daelim Korea, in the frame of their EPC project Saudi Elastomers for Sabic Kemya. As part of the utility facilities of the new petrochemical plant, HAMON sea water cooling tower will serve the process with cooled water. The Company's scope includes engineering (thermal, structure, mechanical, hydraulic, civil works), delivery free on board, cathodic protection, construction, installation, commissioning. Hamon & Cie (International) SA Completes Acquisition of Deltak's Assets
Hamon & Cie (International) SA announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Deltak’s operating assets. Deltak specializes in the design and construction of waste heat recovery solutions and heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) for the global power and process industries.
