Hillgrove Resources Ltd Announces New Managing Director

Hillgrove Resources Ltd announced that Mr Greg Hall has been appointed as Managing Director of Hillgrove Resources Limited from February 11, 2013. Mr. Hall has been the Managing Director of Toro Energy Limited since 2006, a company which recently received approval from the Western Australian Government for its Wiluna Uranium mine. In this role he managed a start-up junior explorer through project acquisition, approvals and project development, including several investment fund raisings. The total salary package for Greg Hall will be AUD 575,000 per annum, together with STIs and LTIs in line with Board policy.
