NH Hoteles SA Receives Loan and Acquires Jointly with Hospitality Properties Trust Hotel In New York-DJ
Dow Jones reported that NH Hoteles SA (NH) announced that it has entered exclusive negotiations with Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) for hotel investments in Latin America, Europe and the United States worth approximately USD 375 million. HPT will also loan NH EUR170 million (USD 222.7 million), which will be secured by first mortgages on four hotels in Europe.
