Hansard Global Plc Announces Settlement Of Legal Claim In Norway

Hansard Global Plc announced that Hansard Europe Limited has agreed a settlement of EUR1.5 million in relation to an underlying claim of approximately EUR5.5 million in Norway. This settlement, without any admission of liability, encompassed 47 of the 48 policyholders that have initiated litigation totalling EUR7.2 million in Norway. The Board considered it in the best interests of the Group and its shareholders to reach a resolution with regard to these claims in order to avoid the expense and distraction of extended litigation. The costs of defence to date, both internally and externally, are approximately EUR1 million.  Full Article

Hansard Global Plc announced that the Board has resolved to pay a final dividend of 8.0p (2011: 8.0p) per share on November 19, 2012 which is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting.  Full Article

Hansard Global plc announced that the Board has resolved to pay a final dividend of GBP0.08 per share on November 18, 2011, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, based on shareholders on the register on September 30, 2011. If approved, this would bring the total dividends in respect of the year ended June 30, 2011, to GBP0.1375 per share and will represent an increase of 4.2% over the dividends in respect of the financial year ended June 30, 2010, (GBP0.132 per share).  Full Article
