Hillshire Brands Co Reaffirms FY 2014 Guidance

Hillshire Brands Co announced that for fiscal 2014, it expects sales to increase slightly as back half innovation helps offset expected softness associated with consumers adapting to higher price points. Adjusted diluted EPS is expected to be flat to down mid-single digits as inflationary input costs are partially offset by pricing and cost savings programs. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on an average are expecting the Company to report revenue of $3.95 billion and EPS of $1.67 for fiscal 2014.
