Id Logistics SAS announced that it has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire CEPL. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of July 2013. CEPL, a French logistics provider specialist in automated solutions for retail order fulfillment, offers its customers, manufacturers and retailers, detailed picking solutions.
