Banca Ifis SpA to Propose Dividend Distribution of FY 2012

Banca Ifis SpA announced that the Board of Directors resolved to propose the distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2012 of EUR 0.37 per share for every ordinary share at detachment date. This dividend includes the portion attributable to the Company's treasury shares at the same date. The dividend will become payable on May 9, 2013, subsequent to detachment of coupon no. 16 on May 6, 2013. It will be paid through the authorized intermediaries with which the shares are deposited on Monte Titoli. The Company distributed a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share for fiscal year 2011.
