International Meal Company Holdings SA Announces Share Repurchase Program

International Meal Company Holdings SA announced that its Board of Directors approved on October 27, 2011 a share repurchase program. The Company will acquire up to 3,379,426 own ordinary shares, corresponding to up to 10% of the Company’s ordinary shares outstanding, which, as of October 27, 2011, amounted to 33,794,269 ordinary shares. The program will run for 365 days, from October 28, 2011 until October 28, 2012. The financial institutions intermediating the program will be BTG Pactual Corretora de Mercadorias Ltda, Credit Suisse (Brasil) SA – Corretora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliarios and Santander Corretora de Cambios e Valores Mobiliarios SA.
